Naila (Ni) Chauncey - If I had to sum up my career in a word or two, I’d say I’m a change manager at heart. Whether it’s leading project teams through ADKAR, consulting with business partners to craft learning plans to support IT deployment or facilitating conversations or training to rally teams around change, it’s all to support the evolution of organizations.
Over the last 16 years, I’ve worn many hats in change management – technology adoption consultant, organizational development management, project lead and technology trainer.
My work has led to a number of speaking opportunities including the Organizational Development Network conference and the YWCA's Leadership for Social Change residency. I’m also a TedXWomen Columbus nominee.
