The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission administers public construction projects of all sizes and types. With complex projects, project managers have additional challenges to make them successful. In this session, the James A. Rhodes Office Tower project will be used as a case study to illustrate how to mitigate risk associated with managing multiple intertwined construction projects occurring simultaneously within a high-rise building.
