Date: April 20, 2017 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Check-in 5:30 PM, Meal 6:00 PM
Learning Objectives: This session will explain the differences between what most people believe is traditional project management versus delivery project management. Delivery project management is focused on an action-oriented approach as opposed to traditional project management, which is mostly composed of tracking tasks instead of making things happen. Delivery project managers are not note-takers or agenda-makers.
In this interactive session, we will discuss the value of a Delivery PMO, the skills needs to be part of such a group and how to take the first steps to transform your PMO into a Delivery PMO.
