Event Details:

Access to this event is offered by PMI Central Ohio Chapter as a benefit to our members from our subscription to ProjectBites.  This event is being hosted by the PMI San Diego Chapter. Each presenter will speak for approximately 20 minutes.

Registered attendees will be contacted by email directly from ProjectBites with a link to access the virtual event.  Registered attendees will be enrolled in the Project Bites system. There is no charge for this service for PMI Central Ohio Chapter members. Enrollment can be cancelled at any time.

Attendees will be eligible for 1.0 PDU. PMICOC will report the PDUs for our members. Non-members will need to self-report the PDUs.

In this session, let’s unpack… how do you determine the WHY? Do you set your goals in a clear ONE sentence format that is smart neighbor friendly? After that main goal is set… do you break the WHY down so that it matters to each person on our project / program?

Speaker Bios:

Alicia M. Morgan, PMP®, is a high-impact leader with a diverse background in the for-profit, nonprofit, and education sectors. She has mastered the art of navigating coJennie Fowler: mplexity, drawing from her experience in Aerospace and Industrial Engineering. Alicia holds certifications in PMP and Agile Metrics and is known for her flexible strategies for project success. Jenny Fowler, PMP, is currently the Sr. Director of Strategy Realization Office “SRO” (formerly EPMO).  She has 20+ years in IT & Project Management.  She started & / or matured 7 PMO’s in the Financial Sector, Telecomm, Consulting Firm, Manufacturing and Medical fields.  She has been Head of IT PMO, Head of EPMO, CIO, Portfolio Management, Sr Program Manager, Instructor / Trainer & Coach.  She has spoken at the  Gartner PPM Summit June 2019, PMO Impact Summit 2020 & 2019, various PMI & local events.
