This interactive training introduces powerful communication concepts that allow project managers to thrive by focusing on how to communicate to influence at any level, at any time.

Throughout the 6-hour training day participants will be engaged in individual and group activities, including 1:1 role play practice conversations that offer powerful learning opportunities providing immediately applicable skills they can take back to the office and use right away to communicate to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • How to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • A Communicate to influence model and framework to apply to any situation.

       The PMI Central Ohio Chapter provides a forum for the project management community to promote PMI principles.  Here at PMICOC we support our members as they pursue their Project Management Institute certifications.  As a Chapter, we provide and receive training as a means to promote professional development.  We build project management awareness through outreach to communities, corporations, government entities, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions.  We also provide a platform for members to share project experiences and explore new opportunities by networking with other Project Managers.
