Regan Birr

Regan is the founder and executive director of the Lupus Research Foundation. She also owns Regan MOVES, a company dedicated to help people feel better with easy, effective ways to improve health.

She gives talks to businesses and health organizations including Duke University and Health Partners.

Regan is a lupus patient and mechanical engineer. She designed low-torque movements that are easy on the joints.

Regan believes that in business and in life, repeatability is the key to personal growth and productivity.
