Mike Alvarez is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in delivering transformational strategies and innovative solutions in the data and AI space. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Product at NeuZeit, Mike is at the forefront of revolutionizing program, project, and product management through Project Sense™, an AI-enabled SaaS solution. This product leverages generative AI to enhance the productivity of delivery leadership roles by eliminating subjectivity, increasing risk transparency, and enabling project managers to make data-driven micro-adjustments that save time, reduce costs, and minimize the need for meetings.

Before joining NeuZeit, Mike made significant contributions in the HealthTech sector at Fuse by Cardinal Health, where he led a diverse group of technologists in creating over 15 intelligent commercial products using advanced technologies such as blockchain and data science. In this role, he also established and led Cardinal Health's Data Science team and spearheaded the strategy, architecture, and development of their two enterprise data platforms.

Mike is passionate about building and shaping diverse teams of multi-dimensional players capable of driving pragmatic technical solutions that unlock customer value and provide a competitive edge.
