![]() The PMI Central Ohio Chapter is organized into two governing bodies: Board and Officers.
The "Board" is the elected body that is responsible for the governing of the chapter. The Board was modeled after corporate America and was required by PMI Hdq. in 2001 when they required all chapters to become incorporated within their respective geographical areas. The Board consist of the Past- President President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer.
The "Officers" are appointed by the Board and are responsible for the leadership of the chapter. The Officers each manage standing committees which are responsible for the operational aspects of the chapter. These Standing Committees and Officers will change over time depending upon the needs of the chapter. The standing committees consist of the Finance, Marketing & Public Relations, Member Services, Operations, Professional Development and Strategic Planing.
